Problem with mails detected as junk mail

In a form I use I’m sending this form on closing to the company and to the client where the work was done.

Both mails arrive but the are put in the junk mail folder.

I changed my reply to adres to represent a real mail adres.

My mail domain is hosted in Office365 so I was wondering if it has something to do with the Kizeo mail server that I need to add to the spf file?

Unfortunately this depends on the server security settings of each recipient.
This might be avoided if the recipients add the address to their contact list.
