When obtaining a geolocation on the app it shows the latitude, longitude and address fields. Is it possible to get the address fields from the geolocation in to a report without having to enter them again in a seperate field?

You won’t be able to extract the address information obtained through the geolocation.
What you could do, is use the Address field, this one will also use the geolocation function and will allow you to use the different address informations.

You may use both fields. Use the Geolocation field for the map on your report and the Address field for your address on your report.
